The GNUTTI multi-spindle automatic machining centre is designed for serial production of parts made of semi-finished products mounted in further handles of the automatic machine. The device has 11 drilling and milling heads, including 4 on the right, 4 on the left and 3 on the rotation axis, of which there are 8 drilling and milling heads and 3 thread heads.

Each spindle can operate at two speeds of rotation. The spindles located in the axis of rotation of the table can slide in the X and Z axis and at an angle. The machine is equipped with 8 holders, in which the semi-finished products are sequentially mounted and, by turning the table (turning vertically upwards), subsequent machining operations are performed (such as milling, threading, drilling) with 7 semi-finished products at the same time.

The automatic machines are used for machining in three planes of forgings as well as brass and steel blocks. They were used for the production of, among others, brass and steel bodies of the valves (safety valves, angle valves).
